Hubby and I were taking a walk at the marina in the evening when I saw three large birds swimming in one of the wetlands lakes. I could see from a distance that they were pelicans and hustled closer so I could get some shots with the setting sun at my back.
Just as I started shooting, the pelicans starting swimming in formation. It was so amazing and wonderful. Nature's grace is often miraculous. We are so fortunate when we can witness the miracles.
I've made the first photo of this post available in 11x14 signed fine art photographic prints.

Great photo! I love that birds do that just by instinct.

Great photos! When we lived in Florida we saw pelicans all of the time but they were a grayish brown...not white!
